 Just a short note to thank you for the Doulton, Vista Soft Cream cistern my wife ordered. It arrived promptly on Wednesday last week and I was able to install it within the hour. This was a great comfort in that we had seven people staying for Easter, and the thought of having to explain to my four and seven year-old grandchildren that the cistern needed to be flushed by lifting the lid etc was quite daunting.

Whisper Peach. It arrived safely on Thursday as you said. It fits a treat and the colour is a great match. My mother – in – law has asked me to say a very big “thank you” for the service. As I mentioned earlier my mother – in – law is 81 years old and this has been a big issue for her, but with you and your staff’s help it has been resolved much quicker than we imagined and without any upheaval. We ordered a replacement toilet suite in primrose yellow, which arrived promptly at reasonable cost. Once installed it fitted in perfectly with the rest of our bathroom suite. We would recommend this supplier.
